If I use a credit card to purchase something at MyPleasure, what will show up on my credit card statement?
We respect that many of our customers prefer to remain discreet in their
purchasing. Your credit card bill will show a charge to Sawhorse
Enterprises, Inc. Please note that American Express corporate and
business cards may categorize your purchase as an "Adult Novelty
Purchase."
Will my shipment or catalog be packaged discreetly?
Absolutely! All orders are shipped in a completely plain box and all catalogs are mailed in
a plain white envelope. The
return address label will read "Sawhorse Enterprises." Your package will
not bear any external markings that will give away the nature of your
order.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Domestic orders will usually be processed in the MyPleasure.com
warehouse within 24 hours of the business day they are received and
shipped out immediately. Standard shipments should arrive within three
to five business days of the day your order is processed. We also offer Two Day service and,
for those gift buying emergencies, Next Day service for an additional
fee. You can select any of these options when you complete the checkout

Can I return my purchase if I'm not satisfied with it?
MyPleasure offers guarantees on all of its products. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a
replacement product or a store credit for the purchase amount within 30

Do you ever resell items that have been returned?
Absolutely not! Returns are disposed of and not resold. All merchandise that
is shipped from the MyPleasure warehouse is new and completely unused by
anyone.
In my order from MyPleasure, why do some items arrive repackaged (e.g. in
plastic bags or tissue paper)?
At MyPleasure, we purposely, carefully repackage some of the items we sell when a
product's original packaging features graphic images or language. We prefer to repackage
them rather than offend any of our customers.
If I'm interested in a product you don't carry, can I tell you about it?

What if I want to pay by check or money order?
To pay by check or money order, simply shop at MyPleasure and add items
to your Shopping Bag as desired. When you have completed
shopping, use the "Proceed with Checkout" link provided on the bottom of
your Shopping Bag page to complete your Order Form. Please note any
Special Offer Codes or Gift Certificates that you have received need to
be entered on the Shopping Bag page before continuing with checkout.
The Shipping Information Page allows you to choose a shipping method by
using the convenient dropdown bar provided, in addition to allowing you
to enter all your shipping information. When all information is
complete, simply click on the "Pay by Mail Order" link provided in the
center bottom of that page. The next page will allow you to choose a
different billing address, if necessary, and confirm all shipping
information. If all the information provided is correct, simply click
on the "Continue" button provided at the bottom of that page. Now that
your Order Form is complete, please print it out and mail it along with
your payment to:

- We can only accept checks that are imprinted with your name and address.
- Orders paid for by personal check can take up to three weeks to process.
- Orders are subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed by check, TeleCheck or money order can only be returned for store credit or
product replacement (no refunds). This applies to regular returns and the return of undeliverable
or refused orders.
- To get a confirmation of your order being received and a shipping confirmation, an email
address must be provided.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Because our order system processes orders immediately after we receive them,
you cannot cancel an order once you have completed the checkout
procedures -- chances are, we've already boxed it and loaded it into the
truck! However, if you change your mind after you've placed an order, simply
refuse the shipment when it arrives and the carrier will return it to us.
We'll credit you a full refund, minus any shipping charges.
My product has a manufacturer's warranty card. Should I send this in to protect my purchase?
We do not recommend completing and mailing in manufacturer's warranty cards.
While these offers do guarantee certain compensation if your product is
defective, manufacturers often sell the personal information requested on
such warranty cards to third-party marketing companies, violating your
privacy. At MyPleasure, we absolutely guarantee your product AND your
privacy, ensuring your satisfaction with your product and the privacy of
