Requesting returns is simple.
Just contact us through our online form and provide your name, order ID and a brief reason for the return. We’ll respond with complete instructions on how to return your package. Refunds and store credits will be processed once we have received your returned merchandise. We never resell returned merchandise.
Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package.
§All DVD Sales are Final: DVDs are not returnable unless they are defective, in which case, they may be returned for a replacement of the same title only. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. We will not accept DVDs not in original condition.
