Can a guy tell if you are a virgin when you have sex with him for the first time?

In a word: No.
Although many men seem to be under the impression that there is some way to
know, there isn't. The only way he would know is if you told him. Actually,
telling him may not be a bad idea, though we all get far too wrapped up in
whether it is a good or bad thing to be a virgin. What is important is to be
yourself and be honest. If you don't feel like sharing this information you
don't have to, but I would carefully consider whether you want your first
sexual encounter to be with someone you can't even share that with.
