I'm curious about something: Is it okay for a man to perform oral sex on a woman
if she's using contraceptive foam? Is it at all toxic?

Although it may not taste great, contraceptive foam is not dangerous to ingest.
I mean, I wouldn't put it on toast every morning, but the amount you are talking
about is not harmful. At worst it might slightly numb or irritate your tongue.
If you would like to try something else that is more "cunnilingus-friendly"
though, you might consider Vaginal Contraceptive Film (VCF). It is less likely
to leak out during oral sex.
