Do you have any suggestions for words I could use right at climax instead of
"Yes, Yes, Yes" and "O God!"?

Actually, I've always thought those were excellent expressions to use, given
that you don't run the risk of screaming out the wrong name!
Actually, good for you for saying something. Many people complain that
their partners make no noise at all. Some say that they can't even tell if
they are having a good time. So, yelling "O God," "Yes!" or
almost anything is fine. If you want, you can even add an "I'm coming"
to the end of "O God" for extra emphasis and to help out your more dense partners.
But, honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If at the moment of climax
you are worrying about word choice, I think you are doing something wrong :)
