I would like to know about the newest breast enhancement pills. How do they work
and how safe are they? Are there any exercises that could also help?

I guess this is the female equivalent to the questions I get asking if there are
pills or exercises to increase penis size. The answer, in a word, "No."
There is no pill that has ever been invented, nor any technique, except for
surgery, that will increase your breast size.
What you must understand is that breasts are composed almost entirely of fat
cells. Therefore, any exercises you do would be affecting the muscle tissue
underneath. Since the female breasts are composed of fat tissue, the
only reliable way to increase their size is to gain weight -- not something
most women want to hear. I assume that you are wanting to increase your breast
size without gaining weight. I am afraid there is no pill or exercise that will
do that.
Instead of worrying so much about it, I would recommend that you learn to accept
and enjoy what you already have. Small breasts are no less sensitive to
stimulation, because size doesn't have any bearing on anything. It is
like having a small nose -- you wouldn't smell any less. It is purely a question
of aesthetics, and many individuals prefer the look of smaller breasts.
Check out our body image program, and try to forget about those pills that are
a waste of money at best, and possibly dangerous at worst.
