Do women ejaculate from the clitoris?

That would be a big no. Some women do appear to be able to ejaculate, but it is
speculated that those secretions are coming from the Skene's glands.
Although the clitoris is often described as a miniature penis, this is not a
good analogy. Unlike the penis, the clitoris appears to be solely created for
sexual pleasure. A woman's urethra does not run through it (whereas a man's
urethra runs through his penis) and it does not appear to play a critical role
except for sexual satisfaction.
Perhaps what is confusing you is the fact that women actually have two openings
in their urogenital system, unlike men, who have only one. Women do not actually
urinate from the vagina, but rather from a small opening at the very top of the
vagina near the front. The vagina is purely for sex, reproduction and menstruation.
