Question

I know you must get a lot of letters from guys wanting to know if there is any
way to increase their penis size, but I have a different sort of question. My
penis size is fine, but my testicles seem small by comparison. I know there is
nothing physically wrong with me, but is there any way I can enlarge the
"family jewels"?

No, there is nothing short of developing testicular cancer (something I would
definitely recommend avoiding) that you can do to increase the size of
the "family jewels", although I have seen some strange devices
advertised that claim to do just that.
Your testicles, like your penis, increased in size when you went through puberty.
Once a man is an adult, they remain a stable size that cannot be changed. The
size of your testicles, however, has absolutely no bearing on fertility, orgasm,
ejaculation, or anything else other than appearance. So, while you may think it
would look nice to have larger testicles, their current size will not negatively
effect your sexuality in any way.
