As a woman, I know I shouldn't be complaining since I have orgasms easily, but I can never seem
to have multiples, by myself or with a partner. Is there any way to learn?

Women, unlike men, do not have a refractory period following orgasm. All women, therefore,
are physiologically capable of having multiple orgasms. Of course, most people are physiologically
capable of running four-minute miles, though few are actually able to do so in practice. Just because
your body would not prevent it does not mean that you are actually able to do something.
This issue has been studied some, and it appears that it is not really possible to "train" yourself
to have multiple orgasms. Although women can learn how to have orgasms, learning how to have multiples
is a little different. Learning how to have an orgasm involves discovering your own body and what turns
you on. Given that you already have orgasms easily, I assume you already know that. Of course, you can
always experiment with new techniques, activities, fantasies, etc. to see if you can reach even greater
heights, and one of those may help you to have multiple orgasms. You may also find that the kind of stimulation
you enjoy after your first orgasm is different. However, there is no "training program" that I am aware of.
In fact, many women have a sexual response cycle that is more similar to men's, wishing nothing more than
to sleep after an orgasm.
For now, count yourself lucky that you have your first orgasm easily. Experiment if you like with different
ways of continuing stimulation, but don't make having multiple orgasms into a goal. Enjoy what you have.
