Are there any exercises that a woman can do to tighten her vagina (especially after having a baby)?

Yes there are! Invented by Dr. Kegel, these exercises help tone the PC and
vaginal muscles. The benefit is not only better muscle tone, but less
likelihood of incontinence and stronger orgasms. What a combination!
Commonly known as Kegel exercises (or simply Kegels), these are easy to do,
require no equipment, and can be done while driving or performing other

I recommend Kegels to all of my clients. Within a couple of months,
