I am a female who has recently started having orgasms in my sleep. I thought
only men had "wet" dreams. Am I going crazy?

You are most definitely not going crazy. Well, actually, you could be going
crazy for all I know, but having orgasms in your sleep is not a good indication
of that. :)
Yes, women have "wet dreams" just as men do. The only reason we don't
hear about it as often is that men produce more ... uh ... evidence of
their wet dreams. Many women blissfully have orgasms during their dreams
every night, and are none the wiser for it the following morning. Men do
have them more often because there are a couple other physiological processes
going on, such as the release of fluid from the prostate gland, but there is
no reason women can't have them too. Consider yourself lucky.
Sweet dreams.
