Do I have to use the total amount of my gift certificate all at once?
If you have a gift certificate, you can continue to use your gift certificate code over multiple purchases until the entire amount has been used. Our electronic gift certificate system tracks how much money was assigned to your unique gift certificate code and will deduct the money as you spend it. If the order you place with your gift certificate isn't as large as the amount of the gift certificate, you can just come back later and the balance will be deducted from your next purchase.

How do I use my MyPleasure.com gift certificate?
It's so easy to use your gift certificate. Just enter the gift certificate number into the box marked "Have a Gift Certificate?" in your shopping basket and the amount of your gift certificate will be deducted when you check out.

Please be sure to check the total amount in your basket on the page where you enter your billing information to make sure your gift certificate has been deducted! If the appropriate amount has not been automatically deducted, please contact us at customerservice@MyPleasure.com before submitting your final order!

If you received your gift certificate via email, we recommend that you copy and paste the code to avoid mistyping it.

If you received your gift certificate in the mail, open it. In the bottom right hand corner of the inside flap, you'll see a clear label with a unique code. Please make sure to copy the code exactly into your shopping basket!

Does my MyPleasure.com gift certificate expire?
No! You can use your MyPleasure.com gift certificate at any point. It does not expire.

If my purchase is less than the full amount of my MyPleasure.com gift certificate, may I use the balance toward shipping costs?
Unfortunately, no; a MyPleasure.com gift certificate may only be used to purchase merchandise.

Will my gift certificate be reissued if I return the merchandise I purchased with it?
While we will not reissue your original gift certificate if you choose to return merchandise purchased with it, your return will qualify for our standard return policy.

Will you replace my gift certificate if I lose it?
