If you want to cancel an order…

Please be advised that we cannot cancel orders once they are placed! Please be sure you're comfortable with the contents of your Shopping Bag before you place your order. Our processing system is so fast and efficient that your order is put together and on the truck usually long before you can contact us to cancel your order. While we'll do everything we can to help you out, we do not guarantee the ability to cancel an order once it is placed.

If you want to check on the shipping status of your order…

We can help you with that! You can check the status of your MyPleasure order in three different ways:

  • Receipt Page
    After you finish ordering with us, the final page you see will summarize the details of your order. Bookmark that page and check it later for the tracking information, which is updated when your order ships.

  • Email Confirmation
    As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation email, please email us at service@MyPleasure.com and we will send you your tracking number.

  • Check Order Status Page
    You can also visit the MyPleasure Check Order Status Page You'll need to enter the email address you gave us when you placed your order. If you have ordered with MyPleasure more than once, you will also need to enter your order number.
Once you have your tracking number, contact your carrier to determine the status of your shipment.

If you have problems locating your tracking information, we can always look up your shipment information for you.

Please take a moment to review our processing and cut-off times for ordering, Shipping Policy (orders are only processed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays).

If you need to return an item…

Please refer to our Guarantees and Return Information Page for complete information on our return policy and procedures. Please note, however, that before returning a package you must contact MyPleasure Customer Service at customerservice@mypleasure.com or 1-866-MYPLEASURE to request an RMA number. Due to health concerns, we will not accept any return package that does not have an RMA number visible on the outside of the package.
