This toy cleanser got my vibrator immensely clean. The instructions say to use a certain amount (I forget, perhaps 2 oz?) but I used less than what was required and my vibrator was still clean and disinfected. I chose the 7 oz and it went a long way. You can choose to soak it for a while or clean it by hand. Cleaning by hand works fine.
