It took a while for me to find just the right adjustment but once I did I was in heaven! They also seem to be good quality too, nothing chincy about them. She just loves the feeling when her breasts move and the chain is pulled. Her size is 38 B and she doesn't like bras. The best for her is walking with the clips and chain. She said, "Then my breasts really bounce but the chain keeps pulling them back." That drives me crazy. This is better than wearing a bra. My nipples are uber-sensitive and I don't really like having them touched. Thankfully, the Chain Clamps are fully adjustable. They exert as much (or as little) pressure as you want. The metal chain connecting the two clamps has some weight to it, so it tugs quite a bit without additional pulling (which I did not do -– way too much for me). All in all, I'd say that the Chain Clamps are appropriate for beginners and die hard nipple fanatics.
