The small knobs on the end provide nice stimulation. The only thing lacking is adequate speed control. When you install a new battery, the vibration is very strong. As the battery life wears, so does the vibration. If you like a medium to slow vibration, do not use a brand new battery. This little vibe is great for beginners like myself. A must have for every first shopper!
