The extra length and girth really drive my wife crazy. I had the hardest time getting the strap around the boys. I placed a small water bottle in the ball opening overnight and that did the trick. Found out could install the strap over boys with some problems prior to inserting into the the device. The biggest problem was the wife just could not take the device. It would just not go in with massive lubication and trying. She said the attempt was painful. This is after 2 kids and 37 years of sex including over 2 years with someone almost this large. It is 2 inches across on the head thus approx 6 inches around. Unfortunately won't be able to enjoy, too bad it looks like it could have been fun. Showed up when it was supposed to and everything was as expected. This would be a 5 star toy except the testicle strap is way to small. It acutally hurts trying get your boys through there. I gave up and used it without the strap but had to hold onto it so it wouldn't slip off. The toy is still fun and she loved it. It's a lot better than the cyber skin extension. We had problems getting the strap around my testicles, as that is one place that I have all the size I need! It took us both working all four hands and lube to get the strap on, but once it was on, the extension was very comfortable. The look on my wife's face as I slid inside her said it all! She really enjoyed the extra girth, and the length was short enough that it didn't bottom out and hurt her when I thrust deep. She then got on top, and really liked that as well.
