The taste isn't too bad. A little too jelly like - almost sticky. I put this on my boyfriend before oral. He said it felt a little different, a cooling effect, but not really anything to write home about. We haven't tried it on me yet.

Pleasure Balm is great for oral sex. The mint smell's great and the feeling is even better. The smile on his face is worth it, trust me, but don't use too much -- can give a burning feeling. About the size of a dime, maybe a little more. Better to add more than too much! lol

Yummy! That about sums up the Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm. It tastes like spearmint chewing gum and leaves a slight numbing tingle on your tongue. The gel is applied easily and smoothly to sensitive areas. Once applied, the gel gives you a cooling feeling, especially when you rub it in or blow on it. Watch out you don't use too much, it's numbing factor is highly powerful! If you want to make a night a little less ordinary this is a great product to begin with.
