It did not produce any stimulation and I barley felt it on the highest setting. I believe I got it as a free promotional item, I would have been very upset if I had actually paid for it. The vibrations really don't transfer well through the hard plastic and it's very clunky and hard to handle. There is absolutely no precision at all, so good luck trying to work with it. The description says it's quiet and discreet; maybe I got a defective model, but mine sounds like a car motor, really loud and hardly discreet. Maybe if I could get past the noise factor I'd enjoy it more... I feel confident recommending PureBliss to just about anybody; however, it may be difficult for pregnant women in their last trimester to use on their own. We traveled to Hawaii with our toys and stayed at the same hotel and room we stayed during our first honeymoon, of course 25 years later you don't expect to have the same amount and kind of sex...well surprise! We had to make an effort to stop and get out of that room. We had a blast and enjoyed hours of non stop pleasure, while he took a break we used the PureBliss and before we knew he was already on top of me. I can tell you PureBliss made us feel 25 years younger, isn't that awesome!!!
