While this isn't meant to be a public-use toy, it can be used that way if you simply improvise. He might not be able to surprise you from across the room but the vibrator will talk to the remote through clothing that isn't too heavy. The power increase over previous versions is difficult to differentiate even when you have both of them in your hand but there is a slight increase. This slight increase though can be enough to tip some over the edge. The vibrator will work without the remote, so even if you lose the connection the vibrator won't stop working. The button on the We-Vibe means that you don't have to have the remote to use it. The remote never has to be recharged, the batteries in it will last for approximately 7 years. The internal arm will provide nice pressure to the g-spot (and it vibrates) but might prove to be too much for women who do not tolerate a lot of girth or who have male partners that are already above-average. Overall, the changes made are good improvements over the previous version. The remote is not necessary but can be nice because trying to change the setting on the WeVibe while it is in use can prove very difficult since the button is under the silicone skin and the toy is very slippery by that point. The bump in power and the new charging method are also welcome changes.
