The Twister is an attractive massager with some great attributes. It has a handle that is excellent for thrusting and the over-sized head feels wonderful. It can be used for both vaginal and anal play and the glass makes it easy to care for and clean. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the juicing aspect. No matter how much I try, I cannot get it to spin. I also don't recommend the Twister for beginners as the girthiness of the head may just be too much.
