At MyPleasure.com, we take the business of your satisfaction very seriously. That means not only hand selecting only those products that meet the high standards of our founder and sex therapist Dr. Sandor Gardos, but also making sure that your investment in your pleasure is protected.
All sales are final, but if your toy malfunctions due to a manufacturer’s defect we’ll replace it for FREE for up to one full year.
In the event that a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the price of the merchandise. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds.
Requesting a replacement is simple.
Just contact us through our online form and provide your name, order ID and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond with complete instructions on how to return your package. Replacements will be processed once we have received your returned merchandise--usually within 10 business days of receipt.
We never resell returned merchandise.
Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. Please be sure to contact Customer Service before returning your order.
