Am I at risk for COVID-19 from a package or products bought?
According to the CDC, “in general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.”
In addition, the WHO's website states, “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

What effect does this have on my order?

Should I clean my purchased MyPleasure product(s) before use?
Absolutely!-YES! We recommend washing your product ALWAYS before and after each use. Germs, dust and dirt are often likely to adhere to the surface of most items, and they need to be washed. Your product needs to be cleaned after each use. There is a high change in organic fluids collecting on the product from use. This fluid can harbor bacteria that love dark places where you might normally store your products when done. After use, washing products prevent this bacteria from building up.
Don't forget to wash your hands before and after use of this product.
How do you recommend I clean my products?
Mild unscented hand soap or dish soap is acceptable. Scented soaps tend to interfere with your body's ph, making you more susceptible to infection. If you are unsure whether the soap you have at home is acceptable, we urge you to shop our specially made toy cleaners for use close to your intimate area.
